To make a guaranteed booking, we require a 25% non refundable deposit.
We will then block the date(s) in the relevant diary and will not accept other offers for the date(s) of your booking.
Balance of charge is due at least 2 weeks before first tour date.
In the event of cancellation of a booked tour, the following cancellation penalties will apply.
You are strongly advised to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover losses and charges that may arise from late cancellation.
